People increasingly find local businesses through Google and AI assistants — not just your front window. The Website + AI Visibility Checkup shows you exactly how your business appears across both, what your website is doing well, and the handful of fixes that matter most.

Hi, I’m Joe
I’ve spent my career helping organizations improve websites — content strategy, SEO, user experience, analytics, and how sites perform in traditional and AI-powered search.
I grew up working at a local business, I’ve worked at a local marketing agency with small businesses, and I’m now a partner in a marketing business that works across higher education. This is my chance to work with local businesses and help them expand their reach. My family loves living here and I hope to help maintain a thriving business community.
Don’t take my word for any of it — look me up on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab) first.
Common questions
Most of my business comes from referrals. Do I need this?
Referrals are the best marketing there is — and the first thing a referred customer does is look you up. The checkup tells you what they find in that moment: your site, your Google profile, and what AI tools say (or don't say) about you.
Can you guarantee I'll show up in ChatGPT?
No — and be wary of anyone who says they can. What I do is test how you currently appear, explain why, and strengthen the signals search engines and AI systems rely on: clear content, consistent local information, and a well-structured site. That's what moves the needle.
Are you going to find problems just so you can charge me to fix them?
No way! As I've mentioned, I live here in town and my goal with this checkup is to educate so you can make the best decisions for your company and keep Arlington a thriving place to live. I'll tell you things you might be able to handle, things your web person could do, and if you need additional support, how I can help. I'm not an expert in everything and will be honest with things that are out of my wheelhouse. I'd rather help you identify things you can do yourself and tell a neighbor than pay me for something you don't need.
Will you try to rebuild my website?
No. That's not my background and I don't have time for that. But I can suggest someone if needed.
What do you need from me?
Nothing is required. Access to your Google Business Profile or Google Analytics could help with findings, but it's OK if you don't have that or prefer not to share.
